The Translation Of The Narrative Conducted By The Teacher At The Fire Education Center In Dobczyce (Also As A Cep In Dobczyce) Into Slovak Language And English - Expansion Of The System About Foreign Language Service: 1) Performing Lector Translations, Making Recordings Of Translated Texts. 2) Making Additional Software - Execution Of 10 Players. 3) Expansion Of The Existing Electronic System Including: Expansion Of The Control Panel That Allows You To Select The Language In All Sectors And Modification Of Software Of Existing Computers; 4) Work Work Adaptation, Including: Replacement Of Part Of The Existing Wiring And Performing Additional Wiring For The Whole Cep In Dobczyce And Works In The Field Of Mechanical Ventilation Installation. The Requirements Of The Ordering Party To The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Described In Detail In Part Iii Of This Swz Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Containing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Auxiliary Bill Of Adaptation Work (Construction Works), Which Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element When Preparing The Offer, As The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Submission With An Offer Of The Cost Estimate Prepared According To The Bill Of Quantities Made Available. The Bill Of Quantities Is Not Binding. The Contracting Authority Provides For A Flat -Rate Settlement For Services Rendered And Adaptation Works (Construction Works), And The Provision Of The Bill Of Quantities (Construction Works) Together With The Documentation Of The Order Does Not Change The Nature Of The Contractual Remuneration. The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Flat -Rate Price Was Given Correctly, Regardless Of The Method Of Its Calculation. Services And Adaptation Works Should Be Performed And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And The Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer. It Is Considered That The Submission Of An Offer Means That The Contractor Has Become Acquainted And Accepted The Conditions Set For The Performance Of The Contract And Became Acquainted With All Relevant Laws And Other Laws In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Which May Affect Or Apply To Activities And Apply To Any Way And Activities Covered By The Offer And The Resulting Contractual Obligation.
