1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Hotel And Gastronomic Services For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of Two-Day Exits For Postgraduate Participants. 2. Location Of The Object: Kraków, Up To 4 Km In A Straight Line From The Main Square In Krakow. 3. The Order Includes: A) Providing Accommodation For Participants - 1 Night During Each Two -Day Congress For Each Participant; B) Providing Food For Participants - Breakfast For Each Participant. 4. As Part Of The Order, It Is Planned To Provide A Service For Max. 30 People, Max. 12 Conventions. In Total, There Will Be A Maximum Of 360 Person To Be Implemented. 5. Congresses Will Take Place On Weekends (From Saturday To Sunday), With The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Carry Out A Maximum Of 2 Two -Day Conventions As Part Of The Entire Order On Business Days (In The Range From Monday To Friday - In Justified Cases). In Principle, Conventions Will Take Place Regularly At 2-3 Weeks Intervals, With The Proviso That In Particularly Justified Cases They Can Take Place Less Often Or More Often.
