2.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is That The Psychologist Conducts An Individual Diagnosis Of Social Needs And Predispositions. A Deal As Part Of The Project Entitled: Active Integration Of The Inhabitants Of The Suski Poviat Implemented By The Poviat Family Assistance Center In Sucha Beskidzka, Financed From The European Social Fund Plus, European Funds For Lesser Poland 2021 -2027, Priority: European Funds For The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion; Action: Social Integration Of People In A Particularly Difficult Life Situation, The Converter Is Obliged To Carry Out Tasks, Including: • Psychological Diagnosis For Project Participants • Work On The Social Skills And Social Competences Of The Project Participants, • Work On Dealing With Stress And Overcoming Life Problems, • Conduct Counseling In Accordance With With The Principle Of Equal Opportunities, • Preparing Opinions About The Participant, Documentation, Among Others Diagnostic Tests • Counseling Must Be Carried Out In A Reliable Way. Diagnosis Includes: 1. Conducting An Individual Diagnosis In A Total Of 84 Hours. (Not Less Than 2 Hours Per 1 Participant, Hour = 45 Min.) 2. Preparation Of The Participants Diagnosis Sheet Necessary To Create An Individual Reintegration Path Along With Other Specialists. Target Fronts: I Group - Disabled People (22 People), Threatened With Social Exclusion, Inhabiting The Suski Poviat, Using Social Assistance, Ii Group - Household Members Providing Care For Care A Person Who Needs Support In Everyday Functioning. (17 People), Inhabiting The Suski Poviat, Using Social Assistance, The 3Rd Group Of Foster Pupils Staying In A Family And Institutional Foster Care (3 People) Living In The Suski Poviat.
