Medical Information Systems – Khzg Ftb2 Patientenportal. The Aim Is The Fully Implemented Implementation Of A Transcestructive Patient Portal For Digital Recording And Treatment Management With Integrated Kis Connections For Both Inpatient And Outpatient Patients At The Cologne University Hospital, The Transcestries Of Communication And The Digital Information Exchange Between The Service Provider And Recipient To Enable Hospital Treatment During And After Hospital Treatment. The Patient Portal Must Gradually Access Many Different It Systems Existing On The Ukk In Different Ways: Cover Data, Send Data, Call Up Certain Functions-Bidirectional Interfaces Must Be Set Up. Interoperability Is The Basic Prerequisite For The Networking Of All Actors Involved In The Care. In Addition To The Functions (Must Criteria) Of A Patient Portal Required In The Khzg Funding Guideline, The Focus For The Ukk Patient Portal Is Primarily On Two Further Topics: First, The Processing Of Wearable Data And The Basic Expansion Of All Data From The Patient Portal A Special Role In A Structured Form - Especially With A View To (Clinical) Research. In Addition, Strengthening The Intersectoral Networking Takes Up A Central Position. Therefore, Great Importance Is Placed On An Reference Portal, Which Ensures The Exchange With Upstream Performance And Thus Continuity Treatment. In Order To Be Able To Act Flexibly With The Patient Portal And Create A Basis For Networking With External Partners, A Medical Interoperability Platform (Miop) Should Also Be Set Up In The Future. With The Construction Of The Miop, The Ukk Creates The Basis For A Cross-Sectoral Burn With All Performance Providers That Also Fill The Requirements Of Interoperability. The Miop Must Be Connected To The Existing Ukk-It Infrastructure Via Fhir / Ihe Structures (In A First Expansion Stage Via Hl7 V2.3). In Addition To Building A Patient Portal, The Construction Of The Miop Is Another Project And Was Requested As An Independent Project As Part Of The Khzg. The Technical Structure Of The Miop Is Therefore Not Part Of This Tender. However, There Is A Requirement That The Patient Portal Procured Must Be Connected To The Miop To Be Built Up By The Client. By Connecting The Patient Portal To The Miop, A Fundamental And Future -Oriented Solution Is To Be Created. The Requirements For Interoperability And The Use Of All Transactions Of The Telematics Infrastructure According To The Fifth Book Social Code Are To Be Included. In Addition To The Technical Structure Of The Patient Portal, Many Ukk Processes Must Be Adapted Or Rebuilt. The Introduction Of New Functions And The Associated Change Processes Must Be Gradually Carried Out. I
