The Exterior Walls Of The Two -Story Gable Apartment Building Are Insulated And Plastered. In Addition, The Foundation And Plinth Of The Building Are Insulated. The Plinth Is Finished With A Stone Crumb. The Attic Of The Building Is Insulated. The Existing Roof Covering Will Be Removed And A New Roofing Will Be Installed. All Windows Will Be Replaced With A New Triple Glazed Glazing For Energy Efficient Plastic Windows. The New Openings Of The Apartment Will Be Installed In The Plane Of The Insulation Layer. The Windows Of The Staircase Are Installed With The Outside Of The Existing Exterior Wall. Existing Exterior Doors Are Preserved. Fire Doors Will Be Installed On The Basement Floor. Sanitary Repairs Are Made In The Stairwells.
