The Exterior Walls Of The Two -Story Gable Apartment Building Are Insulated And Plastered. In Addition, The Foundation And Plinth Of The Building Are Insulated. The Plinth Is Finished With A Stone Crumb. The Attic Of The Building Is Insulated. The Existing Roof Covering Will Be Removed And A New Roof Covering Will Be Installed. All Windows Will Be Replaced With New Triple Glazing Against Energy Efficient Plastic Windows. The New Openings Are Installed In The Plane Of The Insulation Layer. New Exterior Doors Will Be Installed And The Door Of The Utility Room Will Be Installed. New Entrances Will Be Set Up For The Entrances. New Stair Plates Will Be Built In Front Of The Entrances.The Stairwells Are Being Sanitary Repairs.
