Environmental Management - Inventory And Assessment Of The State Of Protection Of Beaver And Otters In The Natura 2000 Rogalińska Valley Warta Plh300012.. 1) Recognition Of The Occurrence Of European Beaver Castor Fiber And Otry Luther Luther In The Natura 2000 Rogalińska Valley Warta Plh300012; Estimating Their Numbers And Recognition Of Existing And Potential Habitats Of The Abovementioned Species In The Natura 2000 Area. 2) Assessment Of The State Of Protection Of Beaver And Otters In The Positioned Positions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Assess The State Of Protection On A Representative Number Of Positions. Representativeity Should Be Understood As A Number Of Positions Appropriate To The Total Number And Size Of The Positions And The Availability Of The Species Habitat In The Natura 2000 Area. The Arrangement Of The Positions Must Be Dispersed Throughout The Area Of The Species In The Area. Within The Monitoring Station, Monitoring Points Should Be Determined. The Position And Monitoring Point Should Be Adopted In Accordance With The Definitions Posted In The Methodology Developed For The Needs Of State Environmental Monitoring (Hereinafter Referred To As Pmś), Available In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Main Inspector Of Environmental Protection (Hereinafter Referred To As Gioś) - Http: //Siedliska.Gios. Gov.Pl. For Each Monitoring Point, A Data Form Should Be Prepared, Which Is Described In Pmś. This Form Should Introduce A Poem Called Guid Containing The Id Of The Monitoring Point Identical With The Attributes In The Shp Layer Introduced In The Table. (See Point 6). 3) The Contractor Will Conduct Field Tests On Optimal Dates Enabling Identification And Determination Of The State Of The Population And Habitat Of Species Covered By The Order. The Optimal Terms Are Contained In Methodologies Developed For Pmś, Available In Electronic Version On The Gioś Website (See Point 2). 4) In Addition To Presenting The Results Of The Total Assessment Of The State Of Protection, The Results Of The Assessment At Individual Positions In The Form Of Field Observation Forms Described In The Pmś Methodological Guide Should Be Provided. In The First Part Of The Observation Cards, A Poem Called Guid Containing The Position Identifier Identical To The Attributes In The Gis Layer (See Point 6) Is Obliged To Provide Field Observation Forms For All Controlled Species Positions Introduced In The Table. 5) The Contractor Shall Provide A Schedule Of Field Work Along With The Location Of Monitoring Points/Transects Within 14 Calendar Days From Signing The Contract. The Schedule Allows For Planning The Implementation Of Individual Monitoring Works With An Accuracy Of Up To 10 Calendar Days. The Work Schedule Should Be Sent By Electronic Means (At The E-Mail Of The Ordering Party, I.E. [email protected] And The Person Appointed To Contact The Contractor). Acceptance Of The Schedule Of Field Work Together With The Location Of Monitoring Points/Transects Will Take Place Electronically, The Time Needed To Present And Accept The Schedule Does Not Stop The Start Of Field Research. Any Change In The Schedule And The Location Of Monitoring Points/ Transects Requires Notification And Acceptance For
