Transelectrica ​​S.A.; C) Ensuring The Protection Of Goods And Persons In Objectives; E) Environmental Protection; F) The Guard Of Intellectual Property; G) Ensuring An Capacity To Additional Resources For Limited Periods In Case Of Event (Eg Increasing The Terrorist Alert Degree); H) The Use Of The Integrated Security System Of The Objective At The Level Of Efficacy And Efficiency Designed In Order To Ensure The Quality Of The Services; I) The Integration At Regional Level Of The Security Services For The Efficient Dimension Of The Resources And The Synchronization Of The Security And Intervention Activities With The Activities Of The C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica ​​S.A.; J) The Use Of Their Own Regional Dispatchers For Integrating Security And Intervention Services; K) The Use Of Qualified Security Personnel, By Ensuring The Competences From The Point Of View Of The Safety And Health At Work And Of The Specific Activities And Installations Transelectrica ​​S.A.; L) The Provision To The Representatives Of The Beneficiary And To The Competent Authorities Of The Information Related To Incidents That Appeared During The Security Activity; M) The Participation Of The Security Services Provider To The Damage Caused By An Incident If The Service Was Not Performed According To The Contract, By Ensuring The Compensation Resources From The Guarantee Of Good Execution.
