The City Schools Of Decatur (¿Csd¿), The Owner, Is Soliciting Proposals From Offerors Experienced In Providing Pre-Construction And Construction Phase (Construction Management) Services. The Project Includes The Construction Of An Approximately 33,000 Sq. Ft. New Facility To Hold Their Early Childhood Learning Center With A Rooftop Green And Garden. Exterior Site Improvements Include Surface Parking, Pickup And Drop-Off, A Dog Park And Green Space, And Necessary Site Utility And Storm Water Improvements. The Hard Costs Of The Project, Including The Cm Fee, Should Not Exceed $23,000,000.Construction Management At Risk Firms Or Teams Must Include, At A Minimum, Pre-Construction, Construction, And Close-Out Phase Services. The City Schools Of Decatur Has Retained An A/E & Civil Engineering Team
