1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Task Entitled Renovation Of The Poviat Labor Office Building At Ul. Mickiewicza 49 A In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Cleansing, Priming And 2 Times Painting The Facade Walls And The Implementation Of The Inter -Circle Pillars With A Facade Plate, 2) Replacement , Protection And Painting Of The Supporting Structure, 3) Forming And Making A New Cladding From The Driveway Tiles And The Main Input Stairs As Well As The Driveway And Side Of The Lateral Input. 3. The Contractor Shall Meet The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Own Studies Of The Employer; Components Of The Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With The Template Of The Contract) And In Accordance With With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Art, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party.
