1. The Subject Of The Order Are: 1) Partial Repairs Of The Municipal And Internal Road Road Surface In The City Of Turku Consisting In: A. Cutting The Edge Of The Surface Of The Surface To The Depth Of The Deepest Damage To Align Its Dna, Giving Damage The Shape Of A Simple Geometric Figure With Vertical Walls, B. Forging Damaged Bituminous Surface, C. Removal Of Water, Bringing A Damaged Place To The Air-Scha, D. Thorough Cleaning Of The Bottom And The Edge Of The Damaged Place From Loose Grabs, Gravel, Sand And Dust, E. Primension Of The Dna And The Edges Of The Defect With Asphalt Emulsion, F. Reproduction Of Bituminous Surface With Mineral-Asphalt Mass (Thickening Of The Built-In Material With A Roller Or Plate Compactor), G. Cleaning And Removing Debris And Ordering The Area After Robots. 2) Renovation Of The Surface Of Municipal And Internal Road Pavements Made Of Concrete Cubes Or From 35X35 Tiles Consisting Of: A. The Detailed Material Scope Covered By The Contract Is Determined By: A) Price Form - Constituting Annex 1 To This Contract) List Of Municipal Roads And Internal Roads - Constituting Annex 2 To This Agreement. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Arising From The Applicable Technical Regulations And The Construction Law, The Requirements Arising From The Applicable Polish Standards And Technical Approval, The Principles Of Reliable Technical Knowledge. 5. After Completing The Work Ordered By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In The Acceptance Of The Work Performed Together With The Ordering Party. Transport Of Persons Participating In The Acceptance Is Provided By The Contractor. The Concise Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Draft Contract, Annex 4
