The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Reagents, Calibrators And Columns For The Amino Acid Analyzer Biochrom 30+ On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract In Quantities Resulting From Current Needs And On The Dates Resulting From The Concluded Contract. Delivery Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 5 To Swz - Form Price. According To Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks (...) Because It Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And The Indication Of Such Accompanying Is Allowed To Allow Equivalent Offers. The Name And Catalog Numbers Of The Reagents Specify In The Price Form Determined The Quality Of The Quality Required By The Contracting Authority , Usable And Technical Parameters And Create A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Products Offered By Contractors In The Offer Must Have Qualitative, Physicochemical, Operational And Technical Parameters Not Lower Than The Products Listed By The Contracting Authority. The Offered Products Equivalent To The Contracting Authority May Not Increase Costs (Buying Additional Consumable Materials) Or The Need To Perform Additional Activities Or Procedures For Checking Its Quality, E.G. Calibration Of Devices, Software Or The Need To Re -Optimize And Validate The Methods Used For Conducted And Ongoing Work Research And Diagnostic In The Same Patients. At The Same Time, The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Consequences Of Providing Equivalent Products For The Employer, In Particular The Costs Of Damage To The Equipment Resulting From The Use Of The Offered And Supplied Equivalent Assortment.
