The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Obtaining All Necessary And Required By Law Documents (Including Maps For Design Purposes), Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, Performance Of Expertise, Measurements And Tests Necessary For Proper Implementation Of Design Work, Along With Paying Fees Related To This; 2) Execution Of An Architectural And Construction Concept Containing In Particular: Land Development (Including Building Location, Parking Spaces, Access And Commuting), Floor Throws, Construction, Material And Technical And Installation Solutions, And Visualization Of The Building For The Task Under The Name Of The Stool Expansion With The Reconstruction Didactic Building At The School Complex No. 2 European Union In Rypin With A Change In The Way Of Use To The Boarding School; 3) Implementation Of A Construction Project (Plot Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design), An Executive Design In All Industries, Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) For The Scope Of Design Documentation In Each Industry, Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry, Cost Estimates Investors For Each Industry For The Task Called The Expansion Of The Canteen Along With The Reconstruction Of The Didactic Building At The School Complex No. 2 European Union In Rypin With A Change In The Way Of Use To The Boarding School; 4) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer All Necessary And Required Laws Of The Law, Permits And Decisions (Excluding Building Permit) Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of Construction Works; 5) Drawing Up A Safety And Health Protection Plan (Bioz Plan); 6) Drawing Up Fire Safety Instructions For The Building; 7) Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of A Developed And Approved Construction Project And The Design Of The Intention Of Construction; 8) Transfer Of Copyright In Accordance With §14 Of The Contract And The Authors Supervision; 9) Execution Of The As -Built Documentation Of The Building And Transfer To The Ordering Party; 10) Obtaining The Necessary Acceptance And Permits Enabling The Start Of The Use Of Buildings After The Completion Of Construction Works, Including A Water Test (Microbiology In The Basic Scope), Along With The Permission To Use - Enabling The Start Of The Use Of Buildings.
