General Construction Works And Complementary Multi -Branch Depending On Your Needs. Removal Of The Threat To Health Or Property Of Residents Or Third Parties Caused By Poor Technical Condition And Buildings. 2. Detailed Location, Type And Scope Of Work, Resulting From Current Needs Related To The Maintenance Of Real Estate In Technical Efficiency, And Which The Employer Cannot Currently Predict, Will Be Successively Determined Upon Their Occurrence, Orders By Authorized Representatives Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Contract Template. 3. The Scope Includes Robots Related To The Maintenance Of Municipal Buildings And Premises In Technical Efficiency, Including: A) Repair Of Plasters With Complement And Painting With Removal Of Debris, B) Breaking External And Internal Plasters Threatening Safety, C) Minor Repairs Of Stairs, Platforms, D) Putting On Protecting Spikes Against Birds, E) Performing Chimney Sweep Recommendations In The Field Of Cable Switching, Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles And Other Maintenance Works, F) Repair Or Replacement Of Floors, G) Bricking Holes After Various Random Events, H) Securing Ceilings, Walls, Cornices, And And ) Repair Of Balconies, J) Making Airflow For Apartments, K) Roof Repair, L) Repair Or Replacement Of Joinery, M) Vertical And Horizontal Insulation, N) General Construction Works In Residential Premises, O) Performing Other Activities Of A Similar Nature, Not Above Listed.
