Part 1: Construction Of Lighting Along The Internal Road In Moszczenica Wyżna Commune Stary Sącz. The Work Of Works Includes: The Development Of New Columns, Execution Of Overhead Line, Assembly Of Booms And Luminaires Lighting (Led) On New And Existing Poles. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Technical Documentation - Annex 3 To Swz. The Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Complete As -Built Documentation (In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out By The Poviat Building Supervision Inspector). The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Obligation To Obtain A Certificate Of A Certificate Of Failure To Object To The Completion Of Construction Works.
