The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Retrofitting For Tso Units In The Municipality Of Ochotnica Dolna In The Scope Of Delivery Of Uniforms, Including:- Three-Piece Special Clothing Consisting Of A Jacket And Heavy Pants And A Light Jacket- 38 Sets,- Helmet- 38 Pieces ,- Fire Gloves- 38 Pairs,- Shoes- 38 Par2. The Set Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Requires The Provided Subject Of The Contract: A) It Was Brand New, Fully Functional, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, B) It Was Not Previously Used Or Operated, C) Met The Technical And Utility Requirements Specified In Detail In Opz.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport, Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Guarantee Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing Without Comments On Receipts.
