Keva (Later Also The Subscriber) Asks For Offers For Kevas Partner For The Procurement Of The Leadership Reform Project. The Acquisition Is The Subject Of A Partner In Supporting And Advancing The Knowledge Leadership Reform Project Under Preparation. The Aim Of The Reform Is To Renew Kevas Existing Knowledge Base To Create Better Conditions For Supporting Public Employers In Knowledge Management And Improper Risk Management. The Project Consists Of Three Sub-Areas 1. Reform Of Data Storage And Architecture Keva Has Defined The Top-Level Target Architecture For Employer And Work Capacity Activities, Which The Solution To Be Implemented Is Followed. Architecture Is Based On Microsoft Technologies. The Data Storage Of Kevas Employer And Work Capacity Functions Consists Of Information On Disability Risks Submitted By Public Records, Public Registers And Public Employers. 2. Renewing Digital Services Supporting Employers Invalidity Risk Management And Knowledge Management Keva Helps Public Employers In The Management Of Disability Risks. During The Project, Services Related To Disability Risks Will Be Updated To Support Public Employers Proactive Work Capacity Management And Work Ability Support And Develop Digital Knowledge -Management Processes Supporting Operations. The Aim Is To Clarify The Current Range Of Services, To Form More Extensive Service Packages, And Stronger Erp. 3. Change And Change Management The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Streamline The Processes Of Kevas Internal Operations And To Increase The Ability To Support Public Employers Disability Risks. Monitoring The Effectiveness And Impact Of The Solutions To Be Developed Is Part Of The Whole Of The Change In Operations. The Reform Project Will Be Carried Out In Approximately Four Years From 1 January 2025 To 31.12.2028 Using Agile Development Methods. The Work Will Begin In The Second Quarter Of 2025 And Will End At The End Of The Project (The Estimated End Of The Project In 2028).
