Feb 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Disability We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEAL consultant to be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities of our organizations programs and projects. The consultant will develop evaluation frameworks, provide technical support, and build the capacity of the team to improve program effectiveness. Responsibilities And Main Duties: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for programs and projects, including the design of data collection methods, tools, and indicators. Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to track progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Produce regular monitoring and evaluation reports, highlighting findings, trends, and recommendations for program improvement. Stay updated on best practices, trends, and emerging tools in M&E to enhance the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation practices. Coordinate with different departments and supporting teams internally and externally Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEAL, preferably in NGOs or international development projects Strong understanding of data collection methodologies, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and impact measurement Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
