Savon Voima Verkko Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subscriber) Will Request Your Bid For The Distribution Network Condition Inspections And Ground Measurements For Time Intervals From 1.5.2025 To 31.12.2027 In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Documents Attached To It. The Procurement May Be Extended By A Joint Agreement With The Parties To A Three -Year Option Under The Terms Of The Draft Agreement. The Procurement Includes The Condition Inspections Of 0.4Kv, 1Kv, 10Kv And 20Kv Network Maintenance Programs, Transformers And Separators Grounding Measurements, And Minor Maintenance Work On Inspection. During The Contract Period, The Supplier Undertakes To Submit The Above Work At The Prices Specified In The Contract In Connection With The Condition Inspection Work. The Products And Services Covered By The Agreement Are Described In More Detail In The Product Catalogs And Maintenance Program, As Well As In The Subscribers Function And Work Instructions. Delivery Volumes According To The Invitation To Tender Are Estimates And Are Not Bound By The Subscriber. Delivery Volumes Will Be Specified During The Contract Period.
