The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Additional Health Insurance Of The Employees Of The State Enterprise Port Infrastructure, Which Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Medical Insurance Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 427 Of The Insurance Code. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Insurance Of Employees At The State Enterprise Port Infrastructure (Including Employed In The Main Management, Branches Of Territorial Units And Specialized Divisions Directorates), As Well As Of Persons Working Under A Management Contract And Control, For Which In Their Contracts For Management And Control In The Enterprise, In Order To Timely Financial And Organizational Security By The Contractor Of Health Services And Goods Related To The Prevention Of Insured Persons, With The Restoration And Improvement Of The Health Of The Insured Persons In The Event Of Illness And/Or An Accident, With Health Care Of The Insured Persons, As Well As The Reimbursement Of Financial Resources Of The Insured Persons For The Costs Of Medicinal Products, Auxiliaries, Other Goods And Services, In Accordance With The Written Appointment By A Doctor, Including Those Made Or Needed During Outpatient And Hospital Medical Care. The Volume And Scope Of Health Activities, Services And Goods (Medical Care) That Will Be Submitted For The Term Of The Contract Are Described In The Technical Specification.
