Tenders are invited for Upgrade the Electrical Integrated Control System (EMCS) in Laffan Refinery (LR1). Tender Bond: USD 90,000 Tender Issue Period: 28/01/2025 to 09/02/2025 Tender Closing Date: 24/02/2025 Scope of Work: The EPC Contractors scope primarily includes designing, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning for the upgrade of the existing Electrical Monitoring Control System (EMCS) in Laffan Refinery (LR1). This main scope of work shall also include the following: a) Replacing EMCS components with upgraded PLCs, IO, Gateways in the CCB and SSs. b) Upgrade of EMCS Operating System to the latest Operating system, including anti-virus c) Upgrade of ICS 2.5-layer, installation of network management system and disaster management system as per ICS policies. Contract shall also include optional scope as mentioned below. Providing EMCS operations support for a period of 5 years, including the provision of supply of following: a) Approved/qualified Windows update, b) Approved Anti-virus patches, c) DRP assistance.
