Tenders are invited for Supply of Nutritional Supplements to Treat Malnourished Children Bidders must meet the following requirements to be eligible to bid: o Experience in providing nutritional supplements to treat malnourished children, along with a brief company history. o Business license, trade registration certificate, tax registration certificate (patent) that is valid o License issued by the Ministry of Health o Sign the form (Detailed Terms and Conditions) and fill in the price, details about the supplements in the table, the Bid Request (available in the attached document), with signature, date and stamp (if any). Submission Requirements Note: Please come and collect the application or bid and related documents at the office of the Childrens Education Association. Application procedure: The bid proposal must be placed in a separate sealed envelope. Shops/companies are invited to participate in the free and fair bidding and send the bid to the Childrens Development Association at the address provided in the contact information. Working hours: Morning from 7:30-12:00, evening from 13:30-17:00. The acceptance will end on February 13, 2025 at 5:00PM.
