Tenders are invited for Professional Services for Operation and Maintenance Governance The DMT is working towards implementing best industrys Operation and Maintenance (O&M) practices to ensure that the network assets maintained in the most efficient manner and can continue to provide desired levels of services, to be executed on an On-Call Basis by one or more consultants, as may be deemed required by DMT for a Contract duration of three (3) years. The existing operation and maintenance framework and tools implemented within the affiliated entities of DMT setup for further development/improvement of the processes, guidelines, instruction, roles and responsibilities and system enhancement including O&M projects, contracts, managing projects and contracts, project controls, quality management, site supervision, performance monitoring, compliance and KPIs and related maintenance operation management is in progress.
