Tenders are invited for Extend its Water Network in the Baie St Anne Praslin Villaz Joseph Area VILLAZ JOSEPH (PRASLIN) WATER SUPPLY PROJECT The Works shall comprise of the following: 1. Excavation and Backfilling works 2. Pipe laying works 3. Reinforced concrete works (pillars, thrust blocks manholes etc) 4. Reinstatement works 5. Construction of a filter house 6. Construction of ferro-cement water tank 7. Construction of a stone retaining wall Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUCs Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue & at PUC Office, Baie Ste Anne, Praslin, payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Thursday 30th January 2025 to Tuesday 4th February 2025 from08:00am to 12:00noon. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document. Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 10:00am at the PUC administration office, Baie St Anne Praslin followed by: Site-Visit: A site visit on the project site on Wednesday 5th February 2025 after the pre-bid meeting. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.
