The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Hereby Provides An Agreement To Provide Reinforcement Of Reinforced Vehicles For Use By The High Level Meetings In Connection With The Danish Eu Presidency In 2025. Denmark Will, For 2 Years 2025 (1 July-31 December 2025), Take Care Of The Eu Presidency With A Comprehensive Meeting Activity At Danish Soil As A Result. Thus, It Is Expected That During This Period Two Summits Will Be Held, Approx. 15 Informal Ministerial Meetings, Meeting Between The Government And The European Commission, A Pre-Man Conference For The European Parliament And Up To 120 Officials And Conferences. The Part-Takers Will Be Ministers, Officials And Press People From The Eu Member States As Well As A Number Of Candidate Countries. In Total, A Total Number Of Participants Is Estimated Throughout The Period Of Expected Approx. 17,000 People To Which Support Personnel Are To Be Laid In The Form Of, For Example, Drivers, Interpreters, Connectors, Police And Others. The Meeting Activities Are Held At Several Locations, Including In Greater Copenhagen And Jutland. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Therefore Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement On The Authorization Of Reinforced Limouses With A Vpam Classification Of At Least 9 Or Similar During The Presidency Period 1 July-31 December 2025.
