Event Services - Providing Services Related To The Organization Of Events And Events For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy After Providing A Public Procurement To Provide Logistics Services In Connection With The Holding Of Events And Events In The Field Of Labor And Social Policy, Including Events For Realization Of Activities, Fundedly Or In Part With Funds From The European Funds Under Which Mlsp Is A Beneficiary, Including The Activities For Providing Accommodation, Providing Room, Room/Open Space, Provision Of Technical Equipment, Transport, Catering, Provision Of Speakers And Moderators, As Well As The Recorded Other Services And Accompanying Activities Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Annex No 1. All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. In The Request, The Contracting Authority Defines The Specific Parameters Of Each Event And Its Preferences For Its Conduct. All Elements Of The Technical Specification May Not Be Included In The Request. Note: The Contractor Must Provide The Technical Support Of The Events, As Well As Provide A Representative (S) On The Spot For Each Event At Its Own Expense. Upon Request, The Contractor Should Provide, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification: 1. Provision Of A Hall, Room/ Open Space; 2. Technical/Conference Equipment; 3. Transport; 4. Provision Of Accommodation; 5. Catering; 6. Other Services Including - The Production And Reproduction Of Badges; Production Of Signs; Providing A Conference Package; Providing An Accompanying Music Layout And/Or Creative Stage Performances As A Component For An Event; Registration Of Participants And Preparation Of A Final List Of Participants; 7. Provision Of Photo And Video Recording Of Events. 8. Provision Of A Lecturer/ Moderator/ Animator, Etc.
