Cleaning And Sanitation Services In Urban Or Rural Areas, And Related Services-Service Of 14 City, Publicly Available, Located In The City Of Kielce In 2025-2027. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Fourteen City, Public, Publicly Available, Located In The City Of Kielce, In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Not Earlier Than From 01.04.2025 To 04.01.2027. 2. The Scope Of The Service Includes M .In.: 2.1. Performing Hygiene And Sanitary Procedures Including: 2.1.1. Washing Floors, Tiles, Lamperia, Windows, Doors, Sanitary Facilities And Other Elements That Are Furnishing Of The Restrooms; 2.1.2. Disinfection Of Sanitary Facilities; 2.1.3. Current Equipment With Fragrance Neutralizers; 2.2. Maintenance Of The Object And Its Equipment, Including In Particular: 2.2.1. Water And Sewage Installation Inspections, Ongoing Removal Of Faults And Damage, As Well As Valve And Cisaches Adjustment, Replacement Of Seals, Toilet Boards, Clearing Sewage Cables; 2.2.2. Inspections Of Electrical Installation, Defect And/Or Damage, Replacement Or Repair Of Electrical Outlets, Switches, Luminaires, Lighting, Burned Radiators And Electrical Thermal Thermal Stations; 2.2.3. Repair Of Window, Door And Blinds Combined With Its Painting, Including Replenishment Of Broken Windows, Repair And Replacement Of Locks, Repair And Replacement Of Door Handles, Repair Of Door Hinge; 2.2.4. Supplementing The Missing Tiles And Terracotta; 2.2.5. Painting The Subtitles Of The So -Called Graffiti (Paint To Paint Should Be In The Shade In Which The Object Is Painted); 2.2.6. Replacement Of Damaged Or Stolen Containers For: Paper, Soap, Paper Towels, Sink Batteries And Electric Heaters; 2.2.7. Control Of The Technical Condition Of The Roofing Of The Restrooms And Removing Possible Leaks; 2.3. Ensuring The Completeness Of The Service For Those Using The Restroom, And In Particular To Ensure The Use Of A Toilet Bowl, Urinal, Toilet Paper, Washbasin, Liquid Soaps, Disposable Towels, Baskets With Bags For Municipal Waste, 2.4. Ensuring The Operation Of The Restrooms Every Day (7 Days A Week) During Their Opening Hours And Extending The Opening Hours Of The Restroom, Located In The Area Of Organized Outdoor Events Without Charging Additional Fees; 2.5. Placing On The Restrooms In Visible Places Plaques With Dimensions Of Not Less Than 30 X 20 Cm Saying: Free Urban Restaurant; 2.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Duly Paid Insurance For Business Activity In The Field Of Civil Liability For Damages Caused In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Should Maintain The Subject Insurance At The Same Level Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract, In Accordance With §9 Para. 3-4 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
