The City Of Red Deer (The City) Invites Qualified Consulting Firms To Provide Comprehensive Engineering Services For The Re-Development Oflandfill Cells At The Waste Management Facility (Wmf). Following A Recent Amendment, The Wmf Has Been Approved To Increase The Final Waste Elevation Of The Existing Landfill To 940 Meters Above Sea Level (Masl). With The Implementation Of A Multi-Stage Development Plan, The Redevelopment Project Encompasses The Design, Procurement, Construction, And Post-Construction Services, Which Includes Stripping Of Existing Final Cover, Constructing A Runoff Prevention Berm, Decommissioning And Removing Landfill Gas (Lfg) Vertical Extraction Wells, And Capping Lfg Collection Piping.
