General Background: Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) is a humanitarian organization that works to assist and empower communities in need, regardless of their origin, color, or ethnicity. Established in 1978, QRCS is a member of the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The organization operates locally and internationally, focusing on relief and development projects in various countries. QRCS specializes in International Humanitarian Law, Disaster Management, Emergency Medical Care, and other key areas such as Disaster Preparedness and Response, Livelihoods, Health Care, WASH, and Social Rehabilitation. Requirements: 1. Partial documents will not be accepted. 2. Tender envelopes must be sealed and stamped. 3. The Financial/Quotation and Technical documents should be submitted in separate envelopes. 4. Company profile with a verifiable contact address. 5. Most recent bank statements (showing the last 6 months of transactions and current balance). 6. Quotation Price should be in a separate envelope. 7. Valid registration certificate (Commercial license) Federal and state level. 8. Copy of passport for the companys chairperson. 9. All documents must be written in English. Note: The goods must be delivered within 13 weeks of Mar 2025. The company should have sufficient stock to meet this timeline. Deliverable dates and plans will be shared with successful bidders later. The bidder is responsible for security, transportation, loading, offloading, and handover to QRCS staff in the field.
