    Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Payroll Software. Technical characteristics of the offer The proposed version is the Cloud software version In Microsoft Azure database (imposed by the number of employees) with Piloted Edition (Dashboards & Reports on demand) - Power pivot / Excel The elements of the Financial Offer The prices are based on the public price of the payroll software The Right to Subscription to Use (DSU), annual This is the license to use the software. The DSU is renewable annually. It is a rental mode renewable obligatorily on the anniversary date Right of use invoiced annually on the anniversary date. The analysis of needs and specification of the configuration, The installation, and the configuration properly, Assistance with preparing files. The interface with accounting (payroll OD) Assistance with start-up. The training costs are communicated for a group of 10 people. Modification and Withdrawal of Bid A Bidder may modify or withdraw its bid after it has been submitted, provided that written notice of the modification, substitution or withdrawal of the bid is received by the Purchaser prior to the deadline for submission of bids. The Bidders notice of modification or withdrawal must be prepared, enclosed in a sealed, marked envelope and mailed. No bid may be modified after the deadline for submission of bids. The software must offer, among other things, the following possibilities: Management of employee histories; Management of tuition fees; Statistics of staff numbers and pyramid by category, seniority and grade; Scanning and electronic storage of the various documents in the staff file; Possibilities of electronic archiving and saving of data on a backup server or external media.
