Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 5MWp Solar PV Power Plant with 11 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System for Baidoa Electric Company (BECO), Baidoa City, Somalia. How to apply Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated September 2023 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Interim Project Coordinator, Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, email address: sesrp.procurement@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8.30am to 4.00pm at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by interested eligible Bidders on the https://sesrp.moewr.gov.so/company-overview/careers/ website or can be provided upon submission of a written application to the address below. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.30 a.m. on 17 April 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked ORIGINAL BID, and the inner envelopes marked TECHNICAL PART will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below, at 11.00 am on 17 April 2025. All envelopes marked FINANCIAL PART shall remain unopened and will be held in the safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms. 9.
