Construction-Site Supervision Services-Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of An Assessment Of Compliance Of An Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Site: Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure-Internal Water Supply Network And Streets In Bolyarovo, Haskovo. The Present Public Procurement Is Awarded In Connection With The Fact That The Site Is Included In The Approved Priority Projects Of The Municipality Of Haskovo From Annex No. 3 To Article 107 Of The Zdbb For 2024, After A Second Change Of The Investment Program For Municipal Projects In Annex 3 To Art. 107, Para. 13 Of The Zdbrb For 2024. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Assessment Of Compliance Of An Investment Project. The Assessment Of Conformity Of The Investment Project In The Phase Work Project Should Be Carried Out As A Comprehensive Report On The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 1-5 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Spa. The Complex Report Will Be Necessary To Approve The Investment Project And To Subsequently Issue A Building Permit. Activity 2 - Exercise Construction Supervision, Including The Implementation Of The Functions Of Investor Control And The Safety And Health Coordinator On Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project. The Consultant Must Perform The Functions Arising From The Spa Through The Key Experts Indicated In His Proposal. All Technically Competent Natural Persons Engaged In The Object Of The Contract Must Be Included In The List Of Competent Natural Persons, Representing An Integral Part Of The Issued Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para 1, Item 1 Of The Spa. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spa.
