The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Shelter For Prams, Replacement Of Tiles On The Stairs And Assembly Of The Housing On The Entrance Platform To The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Nowy Żmigród For The Purposes Of Creating A Municipal Nursery Implemented Under The European Funds Program For Social Development 2021-2027 Pn. Program For The Development Of Childrens Care Institutions Aged 3 Toddler+ 2022-20292. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Of A Shelter For Prams With A Steel Or Aluminum Structure With The Filling Of Three Walls With Glass Elements Together With Aluminum Facade Blinds And With The Construction Of Pavement From Concrete Paving Stones. 2) Installation Of The Housing On The Entrance Platform To The Input Platform Made Of Aluminum Profiles Filled With Filled Profiles Glass With Facade Blinds Together With The Supply And Assembly Of 2 Peel Benches. 3) Replacement Of Stoneware Tiles On The Stairs And Input Platform For Cladding Made Of Granite Slabs Together With The Works Accompanying, Among Others Disabled, Reproducing The Plinth Of Mosaic Resin Plaster. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Attachments Constituting Annexes 5 And 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract: 1) Construction Project, 2) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Pre -Smoke Works.
