1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Sanitary, Corrective, X -Raying And Forming In The Crowns Of Trees, Technical Cuts And Clipping Of Trees And Shrubs, And Removing Carp After Removed Trees Growing In The Dzierżoniów Municipality As Part Of The Task, Pn: Sanitary Cuts, Corrective, Illuminating And Forming Trees, Technical Cuts And Clipping Of Trees And Shrubs And Cuttings On Nature Monuments Growing In The Dzierżoniów Municipality. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Following Works: 1) Cleaning The Branches And Leaves After The Work Done, In Which It Is Allowed To Screw Up, 2) Ordering The Area, Alignment After Removing Trunks, 3) Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With The Act On Waste. 1.3. The List Of Works Will Be Transferred During The Contract, In Accordance With The Principle Of The Need To Perform Works And Their Urgency. Performing Commissioned And Confirmed By A Protocol Or E-Mail Should Be Started At A Time Not Longer Than The Declared Number Of Working Days In The Submitted Offer. 1.4. In Cases Of Threat To Safety, Health And Life Or Communication Difficulties Caused By Trees, The Contractor Must Appear To Remove Threats Within 2 Hours Of Phone Notification Or By E-Mail. 1.5. It Is Allowed To Perform Work Using Rope Techniques. 1.6. Dress -Wraits Are Not Allowed Except For The Work On Removing Trees. 1.7. The Conditions Are Difficult To Understand The Work On Street Traffic, Clipping And Care Of Dangerously Inclined Trees, Difficult To Remove Due To The Neighborhood Of Other Trees, Existing Residential Buildings Or Existing Construction Buildings And Energy Lines. In The Case Of Work In Difficult Conditions, The Cost Of Obtaining Permits And Exclusions Necessary To Perform The Commissioned Works Should Also Be Taken Into Account, Which Agree On The Contractor. 1.8.
