4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Counteract Threats By Retrofitting The Tso Units Of The Zaklików Commune. The Material Scope Of The Project Includes The Purchase Of Equipment And Equipment For Tso Units In The Zaklików Commune. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, Delivery: 1) Skeletal Fire-Fighting Fire Trailers With Aluminum Blinds, 2) Medical Rescue Kit- Trailer Equipment3) A Quad Vehicle With Rescue Equipment, 4) Motor Pumps, Slurry Motorics And Hydraulic Aggregate, 5) Pump Aggregate On A Closed Trailer, 6) Power Generator. 4.2.1 Quad Should Have A T3b Category Approval Certificate In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, 919 , 1053, 1088, 1123, 1193, 1234, 1394, 1720, 1723, 2029) And Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu0 No. 168/213) Of 15 January 2013 On The Approval And Supervision Of The Market Of Two Or Three-Wheeled Vehicles And Four-Wheelers.- The Vehicle Chassis Should Be Equipped With An Identification Number And A Rated Plate In Accordance With The Requirements Of Separate National Provisions. 4.2.2 The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) Correspond To All The Features Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Details Indicated In The Opz (Annex. A), B) To Be New And Compatible With Applicable Standards, C) Have A Set Of Technical And Exploitation Documentation. The Fire Equipment Must Have Current Certificate , In Accordance With The Norm Specified In The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On A List Of Products To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Rules For Issuing These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws No. 143 Item 1002 As Amended), And Also Have A Ce Safety Certificate For Compliance With The Pn-En 361 And Pn-En 813.4.2.3 Standard, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Important Certificate Of Admission About The Defense. 4.2 Above.
