The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation And Development Of The Draft General Plan Of The Jabłonka Commune And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation Of This Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024 . Scope Of Work: Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 2.1. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Urban Art And With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With:- The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130);- By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758);- Ministers Regulation Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Building Supplementation Area In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729);- By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended);- Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Having A Reference To The Subject Of The Order, M. The Contractor Will Participate In Formal And Legal Activities And Will Develop And Provide The Employer With The Necessary Studies And Planning Materials As Well As Document Templates, Including:- Templates Of Letters, Advertisements And Notifications About The Accession To The General Plan- A List Of Applications To The General Plan From Individual Persons And Institutions Together With Proposals For Their Consideration,- Plan Projects, Including Introducing Changes To The Plan Of The Plan Resulting From Possible Negative Opinions, Arrangements,- Environmental Impact Forecasts For The Plan,- Analysis Of The State Of Development And Development,- Analysis Of External Conditions,- Analysis Of The Spatial Conditions Of The Commune, - Determining The Demand For New Buildings In The Commune,- Analysis Of Applications Submitted After The Announcement And Notification Of The Commencement Of The Plan,- Analysis Of Applications Of Intent Submitted At The Jabłonka Commune Office In 2023 And 2024 (Quantity Approx. 600)- Preparation Of A List Of These Applications, Preparation Proposals To Consider Them Together With Justification,- Eco -Ophysiographic Development,- Patterns Of Letters To The Bodies Giving And Agreeing The Plan Of The Plan,- Templates Of Press Ads To Be Laid Out For Public Insight,- Partici
