Active bank statement for the last 6 months, on a Bank letterhead clearly stamped and signed, indicating at least 75% of the financial figure on the quotation EVALUATION CRITERIA. In principle, the financial evaluation of complete and responsive offers from qualified bidders shall be conducted on the basis of the total cost and award based on the lowest price technically qualified bid.
