Tenders are invited for Poipet Solid Waste Management System Including Two Years Operations and Maintenance. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding. (i) The Bidders net worth within last year shall be positive. (ii) Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 14.62 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023). (iii) The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources defined in FIN - 3, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments defined in FIN - 4, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of USD 1.82 million. (iv) Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor in at least one contract or two contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last eight (8) years from 28 days prior to bid submission deadline and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation under: To purchase a complete set of bidding document in English, eligible Bidders should submit a written application to H.E. Vong Pisith, Project Director at the address under para. 5 above requesting for the bidding document and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 500.00. The method of payment will be in cash or deposit (please contact the PMU office prior doing this) to Bank account No.0000000013535 of National Bank of Cambodia. The Bidding Document may be collected in person, or may be sent by email or courier, at the discretion of the Bidder, but the Bidder has to deposit the fee at the above bank account and to pay for courier charge by his/her arrangement as appropriate.
