The Municipality Of Maashorst Has Decided To Spend An Fmis On. The Contracting Authority Has Chosen To Go Through A National Tender In Accordance With The Public Procedure In Order To Arrive At An Agreement For The Provision Of An Fmis. The Agreement Consists Of Making An Fmis Available In The Form Of A Saas Application. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Four Years Plus The Implementation Period. The Objective Of This Tender Is To Acquire An Fmis Application With Which The Task Of The Vaf Team Can Be Performed As Well And Efficiently As Possible. The Fmis Landscape Must Include The Following Functional Modules: Facility Management (Facility Services) Technical Management (Registration And Maintenance) [Pv1] [Mb2] Of The Municipal Real Estate Structural And Incidental Rental Of Buildings, Accommodations And Spaces To Residents And Companies.
