The Agreement Consists Of: Organizing And Keeping A Fault Service Service In Operation; Performing Regular Maintenance; Removal Of Malfunctions And Defects; Restoring Damage Through Collisions And Destruction; (Re) Install Or Remove Light Towers; Reunion Of Skewed Masts; Replacing Masts And Luminaires; Reporting The Work Performed; The Delivery Of Damage Information In The Event Of A Collision For The Benefit Of Compensation; The Delivery Of Mutations For Data Files. The Work To Be Performed Are Within The Municipal Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Cranendonck And Only Fall Under Its Responsibility. As It Concerns A Maintenance Agreement, The Work Must Be Carried Out At Various Locations Within The Municipality. The Activities Mainly Concern Maintenance Work And Form A Technical Whole. The Conclusion Is That The Assignment Has Not Been Merged. If The Work Were Split, More Coordination Is Necessary. This Brings Extra Activities And Therefore More (Internal) Costs. If Coordination Is Not Optimal, This Can Lead To A Delay And Therefore Extra Nuisance For Stakeholders (Such As Companies And Residents). The Municipality Is Therefore Responsible For The Planning And Coordination Of Implementation. Because All This Is Not In The Interest Of The Municipality, We Have The Work Carried Out By One Contractor. Splitting Into Plots That Can Be Granted Independently Of Each Other Does Not Lead To Better Accessibility For Smes, But Rather To The Sub-Optimization Mentioned Above. In This Way The Assignment Is Not Divided Into Plots. The Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is 1 April 2025. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Is Two Years. After That, It Is Possible To Extend The Agreement Twice With One Year In Joint Consultation.
