The Public Procurement Is Intended To Be Selected By An Electricity And Balancing Group Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee) By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Pee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All The Services Used By The Contracting Authority As The Final Customer: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Liability For Balancing As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of The Amounts Due For Network Services For The Respective Price Period.
