As Part Of A New Appointment At The Faculty Of The Tu Dortmund, Areas In The Existing Building Chemistry/Physics Of The Tu Dortmund (Owner Blb Nrw) At Otto-Hahn-Straße 4 From The 1970S Are To Be Prepared. It Is An Approximately 470 M2 Part Of The P1-01-Süd Component. In The Run -Up To The Planned Construction Work, The Tu Dortmund Initiates A Pollutant Renovation, In Which The Light Partition Walls, Floor Coverings, Undercover And Building Technology Installations Are Dismantled, So That The Affected Sub -Area Is Essentially Due To The Load -Bearing Reinforced Concrete Construction And Facades. The Existing Area Is Then To Be Redistributed. The Concept Of The Development Is Adapted And The Premises Are Placed In A Central Core, While The Hallway Runs On The Facade Side, Since This Can Better Meet The Technical Requirements For Rooms For Laser Tests (No Natural Exposure, Buffer Zone For Climatic Influences Of The Facade). The First Escape Route Takes Place As In The Existing Area Via The Hallway Into The Existing Staircase And The Second Escape Route Leads Via The Facade Areas Of The West And East Side To The Existing Escape Balcony, Where The Fire Brigade Can Guide. For Each Physical Measuring Space And The Laboratory Room, There Is The Possibility To Flee In Two Directions - Can Be Found Via The Hallway Or Via A Neighboring Room. The New Planning Provides For The Room Layout With Partition Walls As A Metal Stand Walls. The Existing Facade Is Preserved And Is Not Touched As Part Of The Measure.
