Design, Finance, Built, Operate And Maintain A Desalination Plant And Supply Of Desalinated Water To The Water Development Department For The Needs Of Paphos District Or Maintaining The Plant In Stand-By Mode, For The Period Of Agreement, As Stipulated In More Detail In The Contract Documents. At The End Of The Above Period The Contractor Shall Dismantle And Remove The Desalination Plant.
