The Project Also Encompasses Masonry Repair, Roof Reconstruction As A Warm Roof, Removal Of Asbestos Materials, And The Preservation Of Historical Features Such As Through-Wall Vents And Roman Cement Render. Additional Works Include The Repair Of The Second-Floor Structural Deck, Remediation Of Cast Iron Gutters And Parapets, And Reinstatement Of Historically Blocked Windows.
