Tenders are invited for Provision of Bedding Kits . Information regarding interpretation of this invitation to tender must be requested in writing to the contact person specified at the top of this document. Tenderers are not allowed to approach staff of Swiss Church Aid for verbal clarification. Any clarification of the Tender Dossier given by Swiss Church Aid will be submitted to all Tenderers at the latest on the date specified in the timetable. If Swiss Church Aid provides additional information on the Tender Dossier, such information will be sent in writing to all other prospective Tenderers at the same time.
