Expression of Interest for Supply of Open Pit Mining Contract Services for the Nyanzaga Gold Project. Expression of Interest Compliance Criteria: a) Detailed company information including ownership (provide shareholder % of ownership), organisational structure and details of any Tanzanian operating entity including evidence of local content compliance with the Tanzania Mining Commission or verification of eligibility to apply. b) Confirmation of the entitys ability and commitment to establish an entity which is local content compliant in accordance with the Tanzanian Mining Act, and particularly the Mining (Local Content) Regulations 2018 and any subsequent amendments. c) Evidence of capability to perform the scope of work for a major operation of similar size and nature to Nyanzaga Gold Project, including: i. Proven history of safe operation in a large scale (>40Mt pa) open pit mining operation in Africa. ii. Demonstrated ability to fund and source equipment capable of mining 50Mt per annum. iii. Demonstrated access to experienced personnel capable of managing, maintaining and operating an equipment fleet capable of a 50Mt per annum scale. iv. Ability to mobilise and commence operations and ramp-up within 6 months of contract award. d) Details of current services being performed as well as evidence of successful delivery of similar scope of services over the last 10 years with the following details provided: i. Name of the project; ii. Name of the client; iii. Brief scope of services; iv. Overall volume of goods and type of goods shipped from offshore and transported onshore; v. Value of the services (indicate the applicable currency); vi. Commencement and completion dates; vii. Contact details of a minimum of three (3) references for each project. e) A copy of the companys Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy, sample HSE Management Plan and HSE statistics for the last 3 years, including the companys lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) and medically treated injury frequency rate (MTIFR). f) A copy of the companys sample Quality Management Plan, including a copy of a valid 1509001:2015 accreditation. g) Details and experience (submit a copy of Curriculum Vitae) of key personnel (Project Manager, Project Co-ordinators) proposed for involvement in the scope of services. h) A copy of audited financial reports to verify companys financial capacity to deliver the scope of work.
