The Selected Supplier, As Esco, Shall Carry Out A Guaranteed Result For The Contracting Authority As A Customer, Activities Defined In The Contract To Fulfill The Project Objective To Increase Energy Efficiency And Reduce Operating Costs In Selected Objects Documentation, Through The Implementation Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result. In Particular, The Selected Supplier Shall Ensure: A. Proposal Of Austerity Measures; B. Verification Of The Actual Current State; C. Ensuring The Financing Of The Proposed Austerity Measures (Unless Otherwise Agreed During The Tendering Procedure), And The Savings Generated By Austerity Will Be Used To The Maximum Extent Possible; D. Delivery And Installation Of Proposed Austerity Measures Turnkey; E. Elaboration Of The Operating Rules Of Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; F. G. Providing The Warranty For Achieving Savings, Which Serves To Repay The Total Project Costs; And H. Performing All Other Activities And Ensuring All Permits, Approval And Consent Necessary For Designing, Implementation, Use, Maintenance Of Austerity Measures, Generating Savings And Fulfillment Of All Possible Obligations Under Applicable Legislation In Connection With Austerity Measures Epc.
