1. Determining The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Krasnybor Together With The External Infrastructure As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Krasnybor. 2 The Number Of Works Attached To Swz Are An Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Thoroughly Check The Actual Amount Of Works With Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Flat -Rate Agreement, In The Event Of A Greater Amount Of Works In Any Predecessor, It Will Not Be Able To Be Considered Additional Works With An Additional Remuneration. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project In The Contractual Price. Construction Works Planned For Execution Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation On The Plot No. 430 Within Krasnybór, Which Is Owned By The Sztabin Commune. Currently On The Plot There Is A Building Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Designed For Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction. The Main Elements Of The Works Planned To Be Carried Out Are Below:- Earthworks- Demolition Works- Foundation Works- Execution Of External And Internal Walls- Ceiling Above The Ground Floor- Execution Of The Roof Structure With Covering- Internal Finishing Works- Installation Of Window And Door Joinery- Facade- Facade- Execution- Execution Water Supply Installation Together With Fittings- Construction Of A Sewage System Together With The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Tank- Construction Of Rainwater Tank- Construction Of Electrical And Lightning /Split Water (2 Pcs With A Capacity Of Min 14 Kw),- Execution And Assembly Of A 12.45 Kwp Solar Installation,- Execution Of An External Green Wall- Making The Surface From Paving Stones- Reconstruction Of The Energy Connection And The Existing Overhead Line, In With This Development Of The Necessary Project Documentation In Accordance With The Attached Conditions For Removing Collision No. 27/Re5/2023/Pge00832785kp23 Of 04/09/2023, Agreement With Pge Dystrybucja S.A. And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor (If Necessary) A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works; If It Is Necessary, The Contractor Will Apply On Behalf Of The Investor To Issue New Technical Conditions For Removing The Collision. 3. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Final Building Permit Decision Issued By The Augustów Staroste No. 67/24 Of April 3, 2024. 4. The Contractor Of Works Without Additional Remuneration Will Be Obliged To: 1) The Equipment Of The Construction Site, Adequate Fencing Necessary Area, 2) Adequate Protection Of The Construction Site, 3) Incurring Possible Costs Of Exclusion And Inclusion Of El
