Scope Of Design Work: 1) Execution Of The Conceptual Design Of The Sports Hall In The Secondary School Complex In Chełmża Together With The Connector And Reconstruction Of The Gym On Journal 2) Execution Of A Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical And Executive Design, Investor Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works Of The Construction Of A Sports Hall In The Secondary School Complex In Chełmża Together With The Connector And The Reconstruction Of The Gym On Journal Of Laws No. 39 , Town Of Chełmża. 3. The Study Should Include In Particular: 1) Design Documentation For A Construction And Executive Project Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), Constituting The Basis For Issuing A Decision On The Building Permit To The Competent Authority Of The Designed Construction Works Together With All Required Arrangements And Expert Opinions, Taking Into Account, Among Others: • Inventory Of The Facility Of The Existing Gym For Design Purposes, • Conceptual Design, • Land Development Project With Elements Of Equipment And Greenery, • Architectural And Construction Design, • Internal And External Water And Sewage System Design, • Internal And External Electrical Installation Design • Design Of Central Heating And Ventilation Installations; • Low-Current Installation Design (Governing, Monitoring, Bell/Radio Station, Ict, Sound System), • Fire Protection Project • Sports Hall Equipment And Gymnastic Hall, • Geological Research, • Visualization Of The Sports Hall Minimum Two Shots2) Construction Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As A Functiona
