The Object Includes, In Particular, The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Oleśnica Along With Justification, The Forecast Of Environmental Impact And Ecophysiography, And Documentation Of Planning Works In Accordance With: A) The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development - Together With Transitional Provisions, B) Of The Act On Infrastructure Of Spatial Information (Dzd) C) Of The Environmental Protection Act, D) The Act Of Geodetic And Cartographic Law, E) The Act On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Societys Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, F) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan, And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It, G) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Method Of Determining The Building Supplementation Area In The General Plan) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Set Of Spatial Data And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development Together With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Amending The Regulation On The Set Of Spatial Data And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development, And) By The Ministers Regulation The Environment On Ecophysiographic Studies, Under The Contract At His Own Expense, Which Is Included In The Contractual Remuneration, In Accordance With The Procedure For Preparing And Adopting A General Plan, Is Obliged In Particular To: A) The Performance Or Preparation Of The Activities Specified In Art. 13I Of The Act And The Acts Listed In § 1 Para. 3 Of The Agreement And Executive Regulations, B) Preparation Of Notifications Of Adopting A Resolution On The Commencement Of A General Plan To The Institutions And Bodies Competent For Agreeing And Giving Opinions On The General Plan Of The General Plan Together With Attachments, C) Preparing A Draft General Plan Together With Justification (Development Of Spatial Data For The Project General Plan In Accordance With Art.
